Frequently Asked Questions
How do you charge for
your services?
Clients select from three options: Flat Fee, Hourly or Retainer.
During our initial consultation, we will discuss your situation, the desired outcome and the appropriate fee arrangement to meet your goals. Our services are intended to reduce stress and provide customized solutions with a transparent and predictable fee. Depending on your situation, you may select a flat project fee for a customized roadmap or a comprehensive care plan, or an hourly rate to solve specific problems. We also offer a limited number of unlimited access, monthly retainer agreements for families who need a full-service point person to manage more complex, long-term matters.
We will discuss these options during our consultation.

This experience with my parents has made me realize
I need healthcare and estate planning for myself and my adult children. Can you help me with that?
Yes! In fact, we are such firm believers in the importance of each generation coordinating and communicating their healthcare and estate planning wishes that we offer reduced pricing for family of clients. To further simplify the process, we will travel to your home or office with a notary to execute the documents and save you time.
What is a personalized Family Care Plan and what should I expect?
Every client situation is different - their treatment plans and personal desires differ, as well as their financial resources and family dynamics. Some families are facing a critical health event and incapacity while others are planning in advance due to recent but early diagnosis.
Clients call with a range of questions and requests. Regardless of the stage or situation, we will assess their situation, review relevant information and provide customized solutions that answer their questions: How do I effectively and successfully care for my loved one? What will it cost? What is the most tax-effective way to pay for it? Are the estate documents structured to avoid probate, cost and frustration? Does my family understand and agree to this caregiving plan?
